1. "INTRIGUE" LTD Real Estate Agency mediates in real estate transactions, requests, stores and processes personal data of clients wishing to use the services of the agency and users of the site for the purposes of serving them.
2. In connection with the implementation of its main activity, through the site, "INTRIGUE" LTD collects and processes information related to the search and offer of real estate, using the provided information only in connection with the implementation of its activity and for the purpose of carrying out the transactions with real estate desired by users and clients.
3. "INTRIGUE" LTD stores and processes personal data information received through the contact forms on the site, through telephone calls, by sending correspondence by e-mail or when visiting the agency's office.
4. "INTRIGUE" LTD collects, uses and processes the information described above in order to provide the user with the requested information about real estate and related information services; for the purpose of concluding contracts for intermediary services; for the purpose of conducting real estate viewings; for the purpose of receiving and processing received offers, signals, complaints, requests and other correspondence in the performance of legal obligations related to requirements for storing or providing information in connection with an order from competent state or judicial authorities.  
    
5. In connection with the implementation of its activities, "INTRIGUE" LTD collects and processes information related to the search and offer of real estate, and for these purposes the administrators of "INTRIGUE" LTD enter information submitted by users into the corporate database, as follows:
   • when searching for a property: name, phone number, e-mail, approximate transaction price, characteristics of the property sought;
   • when offering a property: name, phone number, e-mail of the owner, address of the property, sale price or monthly rent, basic characteristics of the property;
   • when concluding mediation contracts: name, phone number, e-mail, permanent address, ID card number, Personal Identification Number;
   • for conducting real estate viewings and providing real estate information: name, phone number, e-mail, permanent address, ID card number, Personal Identification Number;
   • for documenting contractual relations, through the conclusion of preliminary contracts for the sale of real estate under Art. 19 of the Obligations and Contracts Act, lease agreements, various types of agreements and other documents related to the commercial activity of "INTRIGUE" LTD: name, phone number, e-mail, permanent address, ID card number, Personal Identification Number;
   • when considering job applications: names of candidates, phone number, contact e-mail, biographical data;
   • for the purposes of personnel and accounting activities: name, phone number, e-mail, permanent address, ID card number, Personal Identification Number;
6. In order to carry out the desired real estate transactions by users who have submitted a property offer on the site http://intriga-rent.com/bg/, the agency has the right to provide third parties only with a descriptive characteristic of these properties, prepared according to the agency's rules and published in the public part of its database.
7. "INTRIGUE" LTD does not collect or store sensitive personal data from the special category within the meaning of Art. 5 of the Personal Data Protection Act, namely those that: reveal racial or ethnic origin; reveal political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or organizations, associations with religious, philosophical, political or trade union purposes; relate to health, sexual life or the human genome;  
    

    

    
8. "INTRIGUE" LTD guarantees that the personal data collected as a result of its activities will be kept strictly confidential, will not be used outside the purposes for which they are collected and will not be provided to third parties without the consent of their holders, except in cases provided by law.  
    
9. "INTRIGUE" LTD works to protect the confidentiality and security of the information it receives in the course of its activities. Access to this information is restricted and there are policies and procedures designed to protect the information from loss, misuse and unauthorized disclosure.  
    
10. "INTRIGUE" LTD uses the provided information only in connection with the implementation of its activity and for the purpose of carrying out the real estate transactions desired by users and clients and the implementation of its activity.
11. "INTRIGUE" LTD does not provide to third parties, under any circumstances, information representing personal data of users, except with their explicit consent and in cases provided by law.
12. In order to carry out the desired real estate transactions by users who have submitted property offers, "INTRIGUE" LTD has the right to provide third parties with a descriptive characteristic of these properties, prepared according to the rules of the corporate practice of "INTRIGUE" LTD and published in the public part of the site.
13. Users have the legal right to request details of the personal information we hold about them. "INTRIGUE" LTD allows you to keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date. You can request "INTRIGUE" LTD to correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time.
